摘  要:为了满足棉花生产全程机械化的要求,项目组研发了2 BMJ-3 A型基于机采棉的智能精量播种机。该播种机针对应用广泛的三行采棉机进行设计,采用一膜三行等行距种植模式,一次进地可完成种床碎土、侧深施肥、种床镇压、精量播种、覆土镇压、宽幅覆膜及膜后覆土等工序,并设计了棉花精量播种装置、改进型尖角式开沟器及长度伸缩可调划行器等关键部件。田间试验表明,该播种机作业性能达到设计要求。In order to meet the requirements of full mechanization of cotton production,the project team developed 2 BMJ-3 A type intelligent precision seeding machine based on technology of harvesting cotton by cotton-picker. This planter is designed for three row cotton picker which widely used. This planter uses the planting pattern of equal spacing and the plastic film covering three rows of cotton. This planter can complete the working procedures of broken the soil of the ground,deep fertilization on one side,suppress the seed bed,precision seeding,suppress the soil on the plastic film,wide film mulching,covering soil on membrane. The project team was designed in cotton precision seeding device,Improved pointed edge opener,the marking device with adjustable length and other key components. Field experiments show that the operation performance of the seeder meets the design requirements.
