摘 要:某防护结构墙体混凝土设计强度为C60,厚度1400mm,极易因水泥早期水化热过大而产生混凝土开裂现象。论文使用有限元方法分析了该防护结构墙体混凝土的温度场,通过分析结果对混凝土配合比进行优化,对冷却水降温方案进行了设计,并通过典型施工段混凝土温度实时监测。结果表明,该墙体结构混凝土施工满足混凝土质量及温度控制的要求。The concrete design strength of a protective structure is C60, and the thickness is 1400ram, the concrete cracking can be easily caused by the excessive heat of the early cement. This article uses the finite element method to analyze the temperature field of protective wall concrete structure, based on the analysis results, the concrete mixture ratio is optimized, and the scheme of cold water cooling is design, and through the real-time monitoring of concrete temperature in typical construction period, the results show that the wall structure concrete construction can meet the requirements of the quality of concrete and the temperature control.
