摘　　要：根据科技部正式发布的《2017年中国独角兽企业发展报告》,本文对独角兽企业的专利申请情况以及专利的地域、行业分布进行了分析。基于专利数据、专利制度以及行业特点,主要得出了独角兽企业对专利布局十分重视、不同行业独角兽对专利保护需求强度不同、不同地域独角兽对专利重视程度存在差异、独角兽企业专利实力相差较大等结论,并分析了产生这些结果的原因。According to the Ministry of Science and Technology offi cially promulgated the 2017 China Unicorn Company Development Report, this paper analyzes the patent application status of the unicorn companies, and the regional and industrial distribution of patents. Based on patent data, patent system, and industry characteristics, it is concluded that unicorn companies attach great importance to the patent application, unicorn companies in different industries have different requirements for patent protection, and unicorn companies in different regions have different levels of attention on patents, the patent strength of different unicorn companies differs greatly, and this paper also analyzes the reasons for these results.
