摘　　要：[目的]总结吴燕平教授治疗妇人脏躁症的经验。[方法]分别从病因病机、治法、用药分析等方面论述吴师治疗妇人脏躁症的临床经验及学术观点,对治疗本病的遣方用药、随证加减及中医调理方面的特色予以总结,并举案例佐证。[结果]结合女性生理特点及其他兼症,辨其脏腑,审证求因,吴师认为本病属虚实夹杂证,与心肾关系密切,其病机为阴虚阳亢,治则以滋阴潜阳、补益肾阴、清心除烦为先,使得心肾相交、水火相济、精血互生。用药组方多从心肾入手,标本兼治,同时予以心理疏导。[结论]吴燕平教授采用滋阴潜阳、交通心肾的综合治法,以平为期,以自拟方为基础方加减治疗妇人脏燥症疗效显著。[Objective] The article summarized and discoursed the experience of Professor WU Yanping treating woman hysteria. [Methods]Discoursed the clinical experience and academic viewpoints of Professor WU Yanping treating woman hysteria from cause of disease, pathogenesis, therapeutic method and prescription, drug analysis and so on. The prescriptions, varying the composition with syndrome and Chinese medicine conditioning characteristics are summarized, and exemplify that. [Results] Combine female physiology characteristic and other diseases concurrently, discern the viscera, determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation, the disease belongs to intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome. It closely relates to heat and kidney. The cause of disease and pathogenesis are＂Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity＂. The therapy is to nourish Yin and suppress hyperactive Yang, invigorate the liver and kidney, clear the heart to displease first, the heart and kidney intersected, fire and water each other aid, essence and blood alternate. The formula mainly relates to heat and kidney, the treatments focus on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoms. It also gives psychological counseling. [Conclusion]Professor WU Yanping takes the comprehensive therapy of nourishing Yin and suppressing hyperactive Yang, gets through heat and kidney, in order to balance the Yin and Yang, on the basis of self-made prescription drug to treat this disease, gets good efficacy in the clinic.
