摘  要:目的 探讨应用VSD负压吸引辅助Meek植皮技术在皮肤创面修复中的临床疗效。方法 选取自2017年1月至2018年1月治疗皮肤全层创面的患者24例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组12例。实验组应用VSD负压吸引辅助Meek植皮技术治疗;对照组应用传统的Meek植皮技术治疗。术后观察皮岛成活率、并发症发生率和患者的满意度指标。结果 实验组与对照组比较:皮岛成活率分别为95.0%和86.0%;并发症发生率分别为8.3%(1例)和25.0%(3例);患者的满意度分别为41分和35分。结论 采用VDS负压吸引技术能够有效提高Meek植皮成活率,减少并发症发生,且可改善术区外观,提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of VSD-assisted meek skin grafting in human skin wound healing. Methods Twenty-four cases of full-layer skin defects were selected in our department from January 2017 to January 2018. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 12 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with VSD negative pressure suction-assisted Meek skin grafting, and the control group was treated with traditional Meek skin grafting. The survival rate of the grafting skin island, the complication rate, and patient satisfaction were observed after surgery. Results The survival rate of the grafting skin islands was 95.0% in the experimental group and 86.0% in the control group. The complication rate was 8.3% in the experimental group and 25.0% in the control group(1 case and 3 cases). The patient satisfaction was 41 scores in the experimental group and 35 scores in the control group. Conclusion VSD-assisted Meek skin grafting reduces the occurrence of complications, improves the appearance of the surgical area, and improves patients' satisfaction.
