摘 要:对自然对流散热条件下的LED灯具常用圆筒型散热器散热性能进行了数值仿真研究,并对比了针形翅片散热器与平板翅片散热器的热性能.讨论了热源功率大小、针形翅片的高度和竖直方向的个数分别对散热器热性能的影响.研究中给出了翅片高度与散热器高度的比例系数.分析了在不同高度比例系数下散热器在热性能上的变化,最终确定了最优的比例系数以及分析了该比例系数下翅片总重量的减少量.仿真结果表明:比例系数较大时,针形翅片散热器重量比平板式翅片散热器重量小,然而两种类型翅片的散热器在热性能上没有显著的区别.We investigated LED cylindrical heat sink numerically subject to natural convection. Thermal performances of pin fin cylindrical heat sink and plate fin heat sink were compared. The effects of heat source power,pin fin height and fin numbers on thermal performance were studied. A parameter named "height scale factor"was proposed in this study. The differences of thermal performance of heat sinks were analyzed subject to different height scale factor. In addition,optimal scale factor was proposed and the decrease of total fins weight was investigated simultaneously. The simulation results indicated that two kinds of heat sinks have no significant difference in thermal performance when the height scale factor was bigger than 0. 625. However,the pin fin heat sink was better due to the less weight.
