摘  要:在水平井、大斜度井等特殊井型井眼内,套管偏心情况复杂,影响固井时顶替界面的稳态,不利于提高固井质量。该文借助以Hele-Shaw环空二维流动模型为基础所建立的顶替界面理论模型,以摄动法结合有限差分法进行数值求解,模拟顶替界面在不同井斜(直井、大斜度井)、不同偏心(套管向上偏心、套管向下偏心)条件下的顶替界面形态,探究套管偏心状况对顶替界面稳定性的影响机理,为从两相流体密度与流变性、顶替排量等方面综合优化固井顶替设计、提高顶替效果提供理论依据。Casing eccentric condition is complex in special types of wellbore,such as horizontal or highly-deviated well,affecting the stability of cementing displacement interface and unfavorable to improve cementing quality.By use of displacement interface theoretical model founded on the basis of Hele-Shaw two-dimensional flow pattern in the annulus,the displacement interface state can be imitated in different deviated-angle wells and in different casing eccentric conditions(eccentric upward and downward),solving the model by finite difference method and perturbation method.Stability mechanism can be studied,which offers theoretical foundation for optimizing cementing displacement design about the displacement parameters and fluid performance parameters.
