摘  要:膜沟扎渗水孔是提高旱作马铃薯地膜覆盖种植区对雨水充分利用的有效措施之一。为此,就马铃薯覆膜播种膜沟扎孔装置扎孔刀的设计问题,应用SolidWorks软件对其进行结构建模,确定合适的工作参数后,通过Autocad软件对扎孔刀进行运动分析。结果表明:扎孔刀所扎渗水孔长度、宽度可以满足扎孔装置的使用要求。田间试验表明:扎孔装置运行稳定,扎孔刀划口长度与理论值一致;划膜后扎孔刀恢复到原始位置过程中无挂膜现象。研究结果可为有膜沟的地膜覆盖种植区利用雨水提供技术支持。Prick water seepage hole in membrane ditch is one of the effective measures to improve the utilization of rainwater in the mulching area of rainfed potato. Now on the design problems of the prick hole's knife in potato seed film sowing membrane ditch,s prick hole installation,Structural model is carried out by solidworks software,and the appropriate working parameters are determined. The motion analysis of the prick hole's knife is carried out by Autocad software. The results show that the prick hole's knife pierced the length and the width of the water seepage hole can meet the use requirements of the prick hole installation. Through the field test to obtain: when prick hole installation running stable,the prick hole's knife scarification mulch length is consistent with the theoretical; there is no scratches mulch phenomen on the process that the prick hole's knife restore the original position after working. The results of the study can provide technical support for the use of rainwater in film mulching areas with membrane ditch.
