代温灸膏穴位敷贴治疗原发性痛经寒湿凝滞型的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察代温灸膏穴位敷贴治疗原发性痛经(寒湿凝滞型)的临床疗效。方法:将50例原发性痛经(寒湿凝滞型)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组采用代温灸膏穴位敷贴治疗,对照组则采用温针灸治疗,3个疗程(即3个月经周期)后比较两组患者中医辨证症状积分及VAS评分的变化情况。结果:从2个疗程后开始,两组中医辨证症状积分均得到显著改善(P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后,治疗组VAS评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:代温灸膏穴位敷贴疗法较温针灸操作更方便、价格更低廉,其无创、痛苦小、见效快更易于为患者接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupoint application with Daiwenjiu plaster in treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea（cold-dampness stagnation syndrome）. Methods： 50 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhoea（cold-dampness stagnation syndrome） were randomly divided into treatment group（25 cases） and control group（25 cases）, the treatment group treated with acupoint application with Daiwenjiu plaster while control group with warming needle, compared the changes of TCM syndrome differentiation integrals and VAS score of the two groups after 3 courses of treatment（3 menstrual cycles）. Results： From the second course of treatment, the TCM syndrome differentiation integrals of the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.01）, but there was no statistical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）; after 3 courses of treatment, the improvement of VAS score of treatment group was signifciantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with warming needle, acupoint application with Daiwenjiu plaster has a more convenient operation and cheaper price, its non-invasive, few pain and rapid effect make Daiwenjiu plaster more acceptable to patients and deserve clinical promotion and application.
