上焦宣痹汤联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽湿热型临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察上焦宣痹汤联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗湿热型胃食管反流性咳嗽（GERC）的临床疗效。方法：将100例胃食管反流性咳嗽患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组给予口服艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服上焦宣痹汤。治疗8周后,观察两组患者咳嗽评分、中医症状积分变化,统计临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组咳嗽症状和其他中医症状（烧心、泛酸、胸痛、上腹痛、咽部不适）积分低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为94.0%、78.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：上焦宣痹汤联合艾司奥美拉唑可以明显改善胃食管反流性咳嗽患者的中医症状及咳嗽症状,明显提高其临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction combined esomeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough （GERC） of damp heat type. Methods：One hundred patients with GERC were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and the treatment group was given Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction besides the medicine of the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment,changes of the cough score and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom score in the two groups were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results：After the treatment,the TCM symptoms（heartburn,acid regurgitation, chest pain,upper abdominal pain,throat discomfort） and cough symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. In the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 94% and 78%,respectively,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction combined with esomeprazole can significantly relieve TCM symptoms and cough in patients with GERC and cough symptoms,with obviously improved clinical efficacy.
