摘　　要：目的:了解我国埃立克体病的流行病学研究现状。方法:借助解放军医学图书馆资源,输入"森林脑炎"、"自然疫源性疾病"、"蜱传疾病"、"鼠源疾病"、"全国各省(市、区)"等关键词进行检索,将检索到的文献资料按照病原学、流行病学和临床学等进行分类整理、统计分析。结果:阐述了我国埃立克体病的病原学、流行病学、发病机理与病理改变、临床表现与分型、诊断与鉴别诊断、实验室检查和防治。结论:较系统地阐述我国埃立克体病的流行病学研究及防治现状,可为深入研究与临床诊治提供科学依据。Objective：To investigate the epidemiology,prevention and treatment status of ehrlichiosis in China.Methods：With the resources of PLA medical library,input keywords＂forest encephalitis＂,＂disease of natural focus＂,＂tick-borne diseases＂,＂rat source disease＂,＂provinces（city and region）＂for retrieval.The retrieved literatures were classified and analyzed according to the etiology,epidemiology and clinical medicine.Results：The study elaborated the progress of the etiology,epidemiology,pathogenesis and pathological changes,clinical manifestation and classification,clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis,laboratory examination,prevention and treatment of ehrlichiosis in China.Conclusion：Elaborating the progress of epidemiology about ehrlichiosis in China,provides scientific evidence for further study and clinical diagnosis and treatment of ehrlichiosis.
