经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:评价经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)与经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术(transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate,TKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的临床效果。方法:2014-12~2017-02我院泌尿外科接受治疗的BPH患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例,分别采用TURP和TKRP治疗。术后比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、导尿管留置时间、术后3个月性生活满意度等指标。结果:TKRP组的住院时间、术后并发症、术中出血量、术后导尿管留置时间、术后3个月性生活满意度均优于TURP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TKRP治疗BPH,安全有效且术后恢复快。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）and transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate（TKRP）in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods：A total of 120 cases with BPH who had clinical diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group,and were treated with TURP or TKRP respectively.Intraoperative blood loss,operative time,length of hospital stay,postoperative cathetherization time,postoperative sexual satisfaction after operation 3 months were compared in the two groups.Results：：Length of hospital stay,postoperative complications,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative catheterization time and postoperative sexual satisfaction after operation 3 months in TKRP group were better than those in TURP group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：TKRP is safe and effective in treatment of BPH,and rapid postoperative recovery.
