延续护理对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究延续护理对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2015-05~2016-10收治的高血压合并脑卒中的老年患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组接受健康宣教等常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上开展延续护理。干预3个月后,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、肢体运动功能、生活质量变化。结果:干预3个月后对照组的服药依从性、生活(饮食)依从性、运动依从性评分均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者上、下肢运动功能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理可提高老年高血压合并脑卒中患者的治疗依从性,改善患者肢体运动功能与生活质量。Objective：To study the effect of continuous nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke.Methods：A total of100 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke from May 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group was given normal nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on the control group.After three months of intervention,the treatment compliance,limb motor function,quality of life changes were compared in the two groups.Results：The scores of medication compliance,life or diet compliance and exercise compliance of control group were lower than those of observation group（P〈0.05）.After three months of intervention,the scores of upper and lower extremity motor function were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,affective function,mental health and overall health score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group after three months intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance and limb motor function and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke.
