摘　　要：地下水作为水资源的重要组成部分,在保障宿迁经济社会发展、维系良好生态环境方面发挥着重要作用。在详细阐述宿迁市地下水赋存特征、开发利用现状的基础上,对宿迁市地下水超采区现状进行评价,深入分析超采区形成原因,发现存在地下水开发利用中"三集中"问题突出、水资源配置不够合理、地下水监测预警机制不完善等问题,提出应通过工程措施、管理措施和经济措施等治理手段,解决地下水超采区突出问题,保障地下水资源可持续利用,为宿迁市地下水超采区的治理提供科学理论依据,为类似地区的超采区治理提供参考和借鉴。As an important component of water resources,groundwater plays an important role in ensuring the economic and social development of Suqian and maintaining a good ecological environment. Based on elaboration of the characteristics of groundwater storage and the status of development and utilization in Suqian City,the current situation of the groundwater overdraft area in Suqian City was evaluated,and the reasons for the formation of the overdraft area were analyzed in depth. It was found that there are prominent problems in the＂three concentrations＂of groundwater development and utilization. In addition,there are still problems such as the unreasonable allocation of water resources and the incompleteness of groundwater monitoring and early warning mechanisms. It is proposed that engineering measures,management measures,and economic measures should be adopted to solve the problems in the groundwater overdraft area,ensure the sustainable use of groundwater resources,and provide scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of groundwater overdraft areas in Suqian city,and provide a reference for the management of overdraft area of similar areas.
