摘  要:乌蒙山是我国偏远的贫困山区,缺水问题是造成农民生活水平低下,制约经济发展的因素之一。该区域岩溶地下水分布不均,深部地下水开采利用条件受到限制,只有通过合理开发利用浅部的表层岩溶水能有效解决人畜饮水困难的问题。表层带岩溶泉的开发利用主要可分为利用天然露头点形式和人工开挖形式,利用方式则根据不同的岩溶地貌及植被覆盖条件又分为蓄、引,蓄、提和蓄、引、提、人工大井、人工隧洞、人工浅井、人工浅槽、人工小水窖等形式。本文以乌蒙山区叙永县营山乡的一处表层泉为例,对表层泉水资源量进行估算,合计设计蓄水池的规模,在此基础上合理修建工程,有效经济地解决了当地村民人畜饮水困难的问题。Wumeng Mountain is a remote poverty-stricken mountainous region in China. The problem of water shortage is one of the factors that cause low levels of living of farmers and restricts economic development. The karst groundwater in this region is unevenly distributed,and the conditions for the exploitation and utilization of deep groundwater are limited. Only through the rational development and use of superficial karst water can effectively solve the problem of drinking water for people and livestock. The exploitation and utilization of the surface layer karst springs can be mainly divided into the use of natural outcrop points and artificial excavation. The utilization patterns are divided into storage,introduction,storage,extraction,storage,extraction,and extraction according to different karst landforms and vegetation coverage conditions.,Artificial large wells,artificial tunnels,artificial shallow wells,artificial shallow tanks,artificial small water cellars and other forms. This article uses a surface spring in Yingshan Township of Xuyong County as an example to estimate the amount of surface water resources,and to design the scale of the reservoir in total. Based on this,the project is reasonably constructed and the local villagers are effectively and economically solved. The difficulty of drinking water for humans and animals.
