摘  要:鄂尔多斯盆地西峰油田白马中区延长组长8油藏是典型的裂缝性低渗透油藏,极高的储层非均质性和复杂的油水运动规律给注水开发方案制定带来较大困难。本次研究以生产动态分析和数值模拟为主要手段,针对注水开发中出现的矛盾与问题提出相应的解决方案和技术政策,为油田的有效开发提供科学依据。研究表明该油田在注水开发中存在三大矛盾,即注采井网与裂缝系统之间的矛盾,地层压力与单井产能之间的矛盾以及含水上升与注水参数之间的矛盾。研究结果认为深部调剖、高含水井转注、周期注水、优化注采参数、局部井网加密等开发政策的调整可以有效缓解上述矛盾。The reservoir of Chang-8 formation in Bai Mazhong block,Ordos Basin is a typical fractured low permeability reservoir. Fractured low permeability sandstone reservoirs with high permeability heterogeneity and complex rules of movement of injection water are different from ordinary sandstone reservoirs,and become one of the most important types of reservoir in Erdos Basin,China. If the water flooding development policy is not appropriate,easy to cause the injected water channeling along the fractures,water cut oil well rate to rise,even flooding,ultimately affect the recovery and development effect. The severe reservoir heterogeneity and complicated oil-water moving rules are great difficult problems for development plan of injection.Base on the study of production performance analysis and numerical simulation,solutions and technology policy are proposed aimed at the contradictions and problems in the water flooding process,which provide a scientific basis for effective oil exploitation in the future.The study shows that there are three contradictions in the water flooding process:the contradiction between well pattern and fracture system,the contradiction between formation pressure and individual well productivity,water cut increasing and water-injection parameters.The result indicated that these contradictions reconciled can be reconciled by deep profile control,converting water injection in high water-cut well,cyclic water-flooding,injection-production parameter optimization,partial well pattern infilling.
