摘　　要：某公司为了实现内外饰涂装车间精简人员及提升产品合格率的目的,采用了前处理水洗工艺代替传统的吹擦净工艺,水洗工艺为内外饰涂装车间首次应用,调试阶段主要针对设备能力进行验证及对水洗工艺进行试用。主要针对新建前处理水洗线的调试过程进行了详细的阐述。To achieve the goal of less working people and higher qualified rate of product in inner and exterior decoration painting workshop, a company put pre-treatment water-washing process into use instead of traditional cleaning process. It＇s the first time to apply water-washing process in bumper painting workshop. The main function of commissioning stage is to check the ability of equipment and to try the new watering line process. This article mainly introduces the commissioning process of new-buih watering line.
