摘  要:针对A汽车公司涂装车间发生的沸石转轮焖燃事件,运用A3思维对沸石转轮焖燃事故进行分析,找出问题点,通过5 why分析得出发生事故的真因,在此基础上制定完善了电气控制检测功能及异常停机处置安全程序对策方案,解决了沸石转轮焖燃事故并在集团内部横展防止再发生。In A car company coating workshop of zeolite wheel braised burning incident, using A3 thinking of zeolite wheel braised burning accident situation master find out problems, through "5 whys method" to analysis of accident cause. On the basis of this, the countermeasures program scheme of electrical control detection and abnormal downtime disposal were developed and perfected, and the zeolite wheel braised burning accident was solved within the group.
