摘　　要：介绍了轿车漆面开裂问题的解决过程,分别从涂装操作、涂装材料、总装装配操作及白车身焊接质量方面进行了原因分析,最终确定车身焊接质量是导致漆面开裂的主要原因。The process of solving the cracking problem in car coatings is introduced. The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of coating operation, coating material, assembly operation and welding quality of white body. The final determination of body welding quality is the main cause of lacquer cracking.
