摘　　要：随着社会发展,女性产后尿失禁的发病率逐年升高,给广大女性同胞带来了很多问题,在治疗方面,西医多用盆底康复治疗、西药治疗和手术治疗,存在一定的副作用,治疗费用较高。本文拟探讨中医药对产后压力性尿失禁的治疗,以期为拓宽产后尿失禁治疗方法提供依据。With the development of society, the incidence of puerperal stress urinary incontinence（SUI）becomes higher and higher, which brings more problems for females. The western medicine usually treats this disease with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy, western medicine and surgery, which cost much higher and have some side-eff ects after treatment. We try to analyze how to use Chinese medicine to treat this disease and broaden the ideas for clinical treatments.
