摘　　要：目的评价调神复聪针法治疗桥小脑区梗死致感音神经性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选取桥小脑区梗死致感音神经性耳聋患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用调神复聪针法治疗,对照组施以传统针刺治疗,疗程为14 d,采用听力测定及BAEP为主要评价指标,于治疗前后进行组内比较和疗后组间比较。结果 2组患者经不同针法治疗后,治疗组总有效率为88.89%,优于对照组总有效率65.38%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后BAEP中各分项评分均有改善,而治疗组对听力及脑干听觉诱发电位的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神复聪针法治疗桥小脑区梗死致感音神经性耳聋疗效确切,可明显改善脑干听觉诱发电位,提高患者的听力水平。Objective To evaluate the clinical eff ect of Tiaoshen Fucong acupuncture on treatment of sensorineural deafness caused by infarction in cerebellopontine angle. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients with sensorineural deafness caused by cerebellopontine angle infarction, and cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Tiaoshen Fucong acupuncture treatment, control group were treated with traditional acupuncture treatment. The course of treatment was 14 days. Hearing measurement and BAEP were used as the main evaluation indexes. The intragroup comparison was performed before and after treatment and the comparison between the two groups after treatment. Results Two groups of patients with diff erent acupuncture treatment, the total efficiency of treatment group was 88.89% better than the total efficiency of control group（ 65.38%）（P〈0.05）; The scores BAEP in the two groups were improved after treatment, and the improvement of hearing and brainstem auditory evoked potentials in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tiaoshen Fucong acupuncture treatment of sensorineural deafness patients caused by cerebellopontine angle infarction have definite curative effects, and can obviously improve the brainstem auditory evoked potential, and improve the patient＇s hearing level.
