摘　　要：对广播电视发射塔进行全生命周期安全管理,可以有效减少广播电视发射塔安全隐患,大幅度降低安全事故发生的概率,提升广播电视发射塔安全运营的社会效益。本文对广播电视发射塔全生命周期安全管理内容、模式等提出建议。After explaining the safety management of radio and TV transmitting towers throughout the life cycle, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the safety management and the mode of full-lifecycle of the radio and TV transmission tower. It effectively reduces the hidden danger of radio and TV transmitting towers and greatly reduces the probability of safety accidents, and enhances the social benefits of radio and TV transmitting towers＇ safe operation.
