摘　　要：目的了解北京市大学生急救培训的现状以及参与院前急救医疗服务的意愿,探讨促进大学生参与院前急救医疗服务的意义与方法,为《北京市院前医疗急救服务条例》的进一步完善以及建立院前急救医疗服务志愿组织等提供参考依据。方法以北京市部分高校859名在校大学生为调查对象,采取非概率抽样方式中的滚雪球抽样方法开展问卷调查,并运用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。结果北京市大学生急救培训与急救医疗服务的参与意愿较高,50.3%的人已经参加过医疗急救培训,93.2%的人表示愿意学习医疗急救知识和技能,86.5%的人愿意到急救车上参与院前医疗急救辅助工作,主要的参与动机是学习到的急救技能得到实际的锻炼等,而主要的顾虑是参加急救服务造成的法律风险等。结论大学生群体是值得统筹利用的急救服务人力资源,重视对在校大学生的医疗急救知识技能的培训,鼓励大学生参与到急救医疗服务中,对提高我国现场急救水平和全民健康素质有重要意义。[ Objective ] To understand the current situation of first aid training of college students in Beijing and the willingness to participate in the prehospital emergency medical services , and to provide some reference foundation for improving ＂Ordinances of Prehospital Emergency Medical Services in Beijing＂ and establishing the prehospital emergency medical service volunteer organization. [Methods] The snowball sampling method of the non-probabilistic sampling method was use to select 859 college students for a questionnaire survey in Beijing. The statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS20.0. [Results] Beijing University students were willing to participate in first aid training and emergency medical services, 50.3% of people had participated in medical first aid training, 93.2% were willing to acquire medical first aid knowledge and skills, 86.5% were willing to participate in prehospital medical aid assistance on the ambulance. The main motivation to participate was to learn the first aid skills to get the actual exercise and so on,while the main scruple was the law risk caused by participation of prehospital first aid. [Conclusion] The college students are the human resources of first aid service which is worthy of co-ordination. To pay attention to the training of medical emergency knowledge and skills on college students, to encourage college students to participate in emergency medical services are of great significance in improving the level of emergency first aid and the quality of national health.
