摘　　要：目的通过对2014—2017年通过对江阴市144个医用X射线诊断建设项目职业病危害评价分析,了解辖区内放射卫生防护现状,发现存在的问题并探索相应解决对策。方法依据国家放射卫生相关的法律、法规和标准等方法,按建设项目评价性质分类,对建设项目评价及时性、项目评价相关资料提供情况及主要评价内容的结果进行分析。结果 2014—2017年共完成144个医用X射线诊断建设项目放射防护评价,其中预评价67项,占评价总数的46.5%。建设项目主要评价内容及防护措施等存在一定的不足,项目的及时评价率仅71.5%,建设单位提供的评审资料及放射防护项目的设计方案不够完整和全面。结论江阴市建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价工作近几年取得了一定成绩,应进一步明确放射诊疗建设项目建设方、设计方及施工方的职责,加大评价工作的宣传、检查和执法力度。重点要抓好放射防护设施设置、个人防护用品配置及放射防护管理体系的建立。[Objective] Through the analysis of the occupational hazards evaluation in 144 medical X-ray diagnosis construction projects in Jiangyin City from 2014-2017, to learn the present situation of radiological protection, find the existing problems and explore the corresponding countermeasures. [Methods] According to the national radiological health relevant laws, regulations and standards, classified based on the evaluation properties of construction projects, the evaluation timeliness, providing situation of related information of project evaluation and the results of main evaluation content was analyzed. [Results] The radiological protection evaluation of 144 medical X-ray diagnosis construction projects had been completed from 2014-2017. 67 （46.5%） reports of them were pre-evaluati0n. The main evaluation content and protective measures of the construction projects had some deficiencies. The timely evaluation rate was 71.5%, the assessment materials and designing scheme of radiologicai protection projects provided by the construction unit was incomplete and not comprehensive. [Conclusion] The work of radiological protection evaluation in Jiangyin City has achieved a certain success in recent years. We Should further clarify the responsibilities of constructer, designer and builder of radiological diagnosis construction projects, and strengthen the propaganda, inspection and law enforcement of evaluation work. Especially strengthen the stetting of radiological protection facilities, configuration of personal protective equipment and establishment of radiological protection management system.
