摘　　要：农业生产中农药的正确使用关系到千家万户的健康,随着社会发展和人民群众生活水平的日益提升,人们对食品安全和健康要求也越来越高。而我国农业生产者使用农药的水平需要提高,存在大量的农药残留。本文旨在通过对农药和农药残留的危害、去除和检测方法进行综述,宣传和普及农药正确使用与防护的科普知识。The corrective usages of insecticide are related with the health of huge numbers of families. Now people have higher and higher demands in food security and self-health, with the development of society and the improvement of living standard. However, the insecticide usage level of farmers in China is still needed to be improved, existing much insecticide residual in farm products. This article aims at promoting the spreading of scientific knowledge on insecticide usages and its harm protection, by summarizing the knowledge of the harm of insecticides and their residuals, removal and detection.
