摘　　要：目的探讨神经内科护士专科规范化培训的措施，以提高培训神经内科护理工作的水平。方法回顾分析本院神经内科2014年1月至2017年12月间护士专科培训情况，归纳总结规范化培训具体措施，比较规范化培训前后护理工作水平、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果神经内科护士专科培训规范化前后护理工作优秀率分别为64．8％和90．7％，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈O．05）；护理满意程度情况【（71．7±2．7）分比（90．6±2．6）分】和不良事件发生率（18．0％比6．0％）比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论在神经内科实施护士专科规范化培训，既能提高护理工作水平和护理满意情况，又可明显降低不良事件发生率，值得推广应用。Objective To explore the measures of the standardized training of nurses at department of neurology and to improve the nurses＇ professional level. Methods The nurse specialist training situation at the department of neurology of our hospital from January, 2014 to December, 2017 was retrospectively analyzed; and the measures of the standardized training were summarized. The nursing level, the incidence of adverse events, and the satisfaction of nurses were compared between before and after the standardized training. Results Before and after the standardized training, the nurses＇ excellence rates were 64.8% and 90.7%, respectively, with a statistical difference （P〈 0.05）; and the satisfaction of nurses and incidence of adverse events were statistically significant [（71.7±2.7） vs.（90.6±2.6）, 18.0% vs.6.0%,P〈0.05]. Conclusion The standardized training of nurses at department of neurology can not only improve the nurses＇ nursing level and the satisfaction, but also significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events, so tt is worth being generalized.
