丘疹性荨麻疹患者血清MAO含量测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨单胺氧化酶(Monoamine oxidase,MAO;5-羟色胺代谢限速酶)在丘疹性荨麻疹中的作用。方法选择确诊的丘疹性荨麻疹患者38例及40例正常人,采用连续监测法测定单胺氧化酶并进行治疗前后与正常对照组比较。结果丘疹性荨麻疹患者治疗前血清MAO含量高于治疗痊愈后血清MAO含量(P<0.05),治疗前血清MAO含量高于健康对照组(P<0.05),患者治疗痊愈后血清MAO含量与健康对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MAO可能参与了丘疹性荨麻疹的发病过程,为临床诊断及治疗效果的评判提供了科学依据,值得深入研究。Objective To study the role of Monoamine oxidase （MAO, an rate limiting enzyme of serotonin metabolism ） in Papular Urticaria. Methods 38 cases of Papular Urticaria patients,and 40 healthy controls were selected in the investigation. The serum MAO were measured by Continuous monitoring method Results The levels of serum MAO in Papular Urticaria patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in after treatment with serum Mao content （P 〈 0.05）, and were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （P〈0.05）;but healed after treatment in patients with serum MAO was similar to that in healthy control group had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） Conclusion Serum MAO is maybe involved in the pathogenesis of Papular urticaria, and it provides a scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and the evaluation of the treatment effect.It is worthy of further study.
