深圳某综合医院手伤害病例发病特点分析

摘　　要：目的对综合医院手伤害病案中涉及性别、年龄、户籍、职业、就诊日期、伤害发生原因、伤害发生地点、伤害发生时活动、伤害性质的部分进行统计,了解其发生的变化规律。方法选取深圳市西部一家综合医院2015年6月-2015年12月期间的455名手伤害住院患者病案进行统计与分析。结果手伤害患者平均年龄为28.33±11.24岁,主要人群为专业技术人员占31.65%、生产运输设备操作人员及有关人员占59.34%;主要发生地点为工业和建筑场所占81.10%,并有82.86%的患者为从事工作时发生伤害;伤害的主要原因有钝器伤占67.25%、刀/锐器伤占24.40%,并造成锐器伤/咬伤/开放伤和骨折各占54.95%、34.29%。结论青壮年在工业和建筑场所等工作场所劳作所发生的钝器伤和刀/锐器伤是导致手伤害住院的主要原因,工业和建筑工地等工作场所是手伤害防控的重点方向,加强其从业人员健康教育,做好职业防护势在必行。Objective In the medical record of hand injury in general hospital,the changes of gender,age,household register,occupation,date of seeing a doctor,cause of injury,location of injury,activity of injury and nature of injury were statistically analyzed.Methods The records of 455 inpatients from a general hospital of Shenzhen western were investigated during June 2015 to December 2015.Results Most of the hand injury inpatients were professional and technical personnel（31.56%） and operator and related personnel of production and transportation equipment（59.34%）.81.10% of injuries happened in industrial and building sites with 82.86% of patients being working.The main reasons of injuries were blunt injury（67.25%） and knife/sharp injuries（24.40%）,which caused sharp injuries/bites/open injuries and fracture to being 54.95% and 34.29%,respectively.Conclusion It is imperative to strengthen the occupational protection and health education of young adults engaged in production,when the blunt injury and knife/sharp injuries happening in industrial and building sites were the major reasons of hand injury inpatient.
