品管圈活动在糖尿病护理管理中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理中应用效果。方法选择2016年11月-2017年11月来我院就诊的糖尿病患者，共93例，随机分为对照组46例，观察组47例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施品管圈活动。比较品管圈活动开展后两组糖尿病患者的护理风险。结果观察组末梢血操作合格率为100．00％，对照组末梢血操作合格率为93．48％，观察组显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈n05）；观察组病房胰岛素保管合格率为95．74％，对照组病房胰岛素保管合格率为86．96％，观察组显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论品管圈活动在糖尿病护理管理中，能够有效提高末梢血操作合格率和病房胰岛素保管合格率。Prostate cancer is a serious male disease that greatly damages the health of the patient and affects his normal life. Surgical operation is a good method for the treatment of prostate cancer In the clinical treatment of patients with different types and conditions, radical treatment or palliative care is selected. Considering the characteristics of the disease of prostate cancer, according to the patient＇s clinical manifestations, targeted surgical treatment methods, seek better treatment effea; but also focus on operation safety, provide strong support for the treatment of patients with recovery.
