摘 要:目的评价新扶正除疫颗粒抗柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)感染的效果。方法将60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、病毒模型组(A组)、新扶正除疫颗粒低、中、高剂量组(B、C、D组)、阳性药物对照组(E组)。给除空白对照组以外的每只小鼠腹腔注射50μL柯萨奇病毒液(10×TCID50)。每天观察小鼠的发病体征及死亡情况,计算生存率,检测病毒滴度,观察心肺组织病理变化。结果给药第3天时D组死亡率仅10%,第7天时仅为20%,显著低于A组、B组和C组,与E组基本相同。检测不同组心、肺中病毒滴度,发现D组显著低于A组、B组和C组(P<0.01)。在比较小鼠脏器组织病理观察方面,D组与E组对肺组织的影响结果相似,病理变化轻微,炎症反应明显弱于A组。结论新扶正除疫颗粒能降低柯萨奇病毒B3感染小鼠的死亡率和病毒滴度,对心肺组织有保护作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of new Fuzheng Chuyi granule in addition to the plague particles against coxsackie virus B3(CVB3). Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, virus model group(group A), and the new Fuzheng Chuyi granule with low, middle and high dose group(B, C, D group) and the positive drug control group(group E). Intraperitoneal injection of 50 ul coxsackie venom 10×TCID50) was injected into the abdominal cavity of every mouse except the blank control group. The morbidity and mortality of mice were observed daily and the survival rate was calculated. To detect the drop of the virus, observe the pathologic changes of the heart and lungs. Results The death rate of group D was only 10% on the third day, and only 20% in 7 days, which was significantly lower than group A, group B and group C, and which was the same as group E. The titer of virus in heart and lung of group D was significantly lower than that of group A and group C(P〈0. 01). In comparison with the pathological observation of organ tissues in mice, the results of group D and E were similar to that of lung tissue, and the pathological changes were slight, and the inflammatory response was significantly weaker than that of group A. Conclusion The new Fuzheng Chuyi granule reduced the mortality and titer of Coxsackievirus B3 infected mice, and had protective effect on heart and lung tissue.
