摘 要:目的提取人参蛋白,并研究其对小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫调节活性。方法采用中性盐缓冲溶液提取人参蛋白,用lowry法测定蛋白含量并利用SDS-PAGE电泳法测定人参蛋白的亚基分子量分布。以小鼠巨噬细胞RAW 264.7为模型研究人参蛋白对细胞吞噬能力的影响,刺激产生NO含量,释放PGE2、TNF-α来考察其对巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。结果用lowry法测定人参蛋白的蛋白含量为1.95 mg/m L,人参蛋白的亚基分子量从8 kD到66 kD。结论人参蛋白可通过增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,释放免疫因子等方面增强巨噬细胞免疫活性。Objective To extract the proteins from ginseng, and investigate the immunomodulation activities on mouse. Methods The protein content was determined by lowry method, and the subunit molecular weight distribution of the ginseng proteins was determined by SDS-PAGE. The effects of ginseng protein on phagocytosis of macrophages RAW264.7 were determined, to stimulate the production of NO content, to release of PGE2, TNF-α to investigate the immune activity of macrophages. Results The protein content of ginseng proteins was 1.95 mg/m L by lowry method, the subunit molecular weight was from 8 kD to 66 kD. ginseng proteins can enhance macrophage phagocytosis, release of immune factors to enhance the macrophage immune activity.
