摘　　要："切脉针灸"指在针灸临床中先切脉,通过辨别人迎、寸口、冲阳、太溪及人体各经络的脉象大小盛衰滑涩等表现以诊察疾病、指导针灸临床诊治疾病的一种方法,其建立在脉象及经络理论基础之上,并以阴阳、五行为中心的中医理论为指导,以经络穴位为诊治对象,以脉象变化为主要得气的表现,以症状改善或病情痊愈作为疗效评价指标,是一种切脉与针灸相结合的临床诊疗方法。Professor YU Yun first proposed the pulse acupuncture theory. It means pulse in clinical acupuncture. By distinguishing the size of Renying, Cunkou, Chongyang, Taixi and the human meridian and colleteral to guide the clinical treatment of acupuncture. It is based on the pulse and meridian and colleteral theory. It is using yin and yang and five phases theory. Treating meridian and colleteral and acupoint. And observing the pulse manifestation. Then the symptom improvement or illness recovery is considered as the evaluation index of curative effect.Pulse acupuncture theory is combined with the pulse theory and the acupuncture theory.
