摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合神阙穴贴敷对肝硬化腹水的改善效果。方法根据入院先后顺序,将90例肝硬化腹水患者均分为3组,分别予艾灸组(A组)、神阙穴贴敷组(B组)以及艾灸联合神阙穴贴敷组(C组)干预。28 d后比较3组24 h尿量、腹围、体质量等指标以评价效果。结果干预后,3组在体质量、腹围、尿量等方面均有所改善(P<0.01);组间比较发现,A组和B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而C组在体质量、腹围、尿量方面均优于A、B组(均P<0.05)。C组症状改善有效率(96.7%)高于A、B组,(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合神阙穴贴敷能够改善肝硬化腹水,减轻症状。Objectives To investigate the efficacy of the combination of moxibustion and acupoint application Shenque point on liver cirrhosis with ascites. Methods According to the order of admission, 90 patients with ascites were divided into 3 groups, group A using moxibustion, group B using acupoint application, while group C using the combination of the 2 methods. Results After intervention, the body weight, abdominal circumference and urine volume were improved in the three groups（P〈0.01）. T test showed that there was no significant difference between group A and group b（P〈0.05）, but group C was superior to group A in body weight, abdominal circumference and urine volume（all P〈0.05）. The effective rate of symptom improvement in group C（96.7%） was higher than that in group B 2（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Shenque point application can improve ascites of liver cirrhosis and relieve symptoms.
