摘　　要：基于膝痹病的针灸疗法、推拿疗法及相关特色疗法对膝痹病的治疗方法研究,发现大部分以临床疗效观察为主而鲜有病机、生理病理形态学变化相关研究。为此提出新的研究方向和思路,并且思考长圆针配合整脊手法治疗相结合应具有潜在的价值,以期提供一种更加快速、有效的临床治疗手段,丰富膝痹病的临床诊疗方案,缩短治疗周期、提高临床疗效。This article mainly from acupuncture, massage and related characteristics of knee paralysis treatment three aspects summarizes the treatment methods of knee paralysis. We found that most of the clinical efficacy and few pathogenesis, physiological and pathological morphological changes related to report. In this paper the research direction and new ideas, and thinking of acupuncture and chiropractic therapy-combination should have potential value, provides a more rapid and effective treatment in order to enrich the clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee arthritis, shorten the period of treatment and improve the clinical effect.
