用头孢曲松钠注射液和喜炎平注射液治疗支气管肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用头孢曲松钠注射液和喜炎平注射液对支气管肺炎患儿进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月期间四川省峨眉山市人民医院儿科收治的112例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象。根据这些患儿入院顺序的单双号将其分为治疗组和对照组。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为对照组患儿使用头孢曲松钠注射液进行治疗,为治疗组患儿使用头孢曲松钠注射液和喜炎平注射液进行治疗。然后观察两组患儿治疗的效果、临床症状改善的时间、住院的时间及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿退热的时间、咳嗽咳痰消失的时间、肺部湿啰音消失的时间及住院的时间均短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组患儿不良反应的发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:使用头孢曲松钠注射液和喜炎平注射液对支气管肺炎患儿进行治疗的效果显著,可快速地改善其临床症状,且安全性较高。objective： to explore the therapeutic effect of ceftriaxone sodium injection and xiyanping injection on children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods： 112 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the pediatric department of sichuan emeishan people＇s hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. These children were divided into treatment group and control group according to the single and double number of admission sequence. Both groups were routinely treated. On this basis, ceftriaxone sodium injection was used for treatment of children in the control group, and ceftriaxone sodium injection and xiyanping injection were used for treatment of children in the treatment group. Then, the effect of treatment, the time of improvement of clinical symptoms, the time of hospitalization and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results： after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The duration of antipyrexia, cough, cough, cough, cough, sputum disappearance, lung dampness, and hospitalization were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. During treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ceftriaxone sodium injection and xiyanping injection are effective in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, and can improve its clinical symptoms
