对孕妇进行产前系统超声检查与常规超声检查的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较对孕妇进行产前系统超声检查与常规超声检查的效果。方法:将2015年1月至2016年12月期间在郫都区妇幼保健院进行定期产检的1520名孕妇作为本文的研究对象。对这1520名孕妇均进行产前系统超声检查与常规超声检查,然后将检查的结果与分娩或引产的结果进行比较,观察对孕妇进行产前系统超声检查与常规超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的准确率,同时比较孕妇对这两种检查方法的满意情况。结果:对这1520名孕妇进行产前系统超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的准确率高于对其进行产前常规超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的准确率(P<0.05)。这1520名孕妇对产前系统超声检查的总满意率高于对产前常规超声检查的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论:与对孕妇进行产前常规超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的准确率相比,对其进行产前系统超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的准确率更高,且能提高其对检查的满意率。objective： to compare the effects of prenatal ultrasound and routine ultrasound on pregnant women. Methods： between January 2015 and December 2016 in Pi district maternity and child care during regular prenatal 1520 pregnant women as the research object of this article. For the 1520 pregnant women were prenatal ultrasonic examination system with conventional ultrasound, then check the result of comparing with the result of the delivery or induced labor, observation to pregnant women for prenatal ultrasound system accuracy with conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, and compare the pregnant woman to the satisfaction of the two methods. Results： the accuracy rate of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosing fetal malformation in these 1520 pregnant women was higher than that of routine prenatal ultrasonography（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of these 1520 pregnant women for prenatal ultrasound examination was higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： to make prenatal routine for the pregnant woman, compared to the accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal abnormalities system of higher accuracy, and can raise the satisfaction of the inspection.
