摘　　要：目的:探讨对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:对2015年1月至2017年1月期间成都军区总医院心血管内科收治的80例扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行对症治疗。在此期间,对观察组患者进行综合护理,对对照组患者进行常规护理,然后比较两组患者治护的效果、6分钟步行的距离和对护理的满意情况。结果:观察组患者治护的总有效率和对护理的总满意率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其6分钟步行的距离长于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者进行综合护理的效果显著,能有效地提高其临床疗效和对护理的满意率,提高其运动耐力。objective： to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods： a retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of chengdu military district general hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. The 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Symptomatic treatment was performed on both groups. During this period, to comprehensive care, observation group of patients in control group patients with routine nursing care, then compared the effect of two groups of patients cure to protect, 6 minutes walking distance and satisfaction of nursing. Results： the total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the 6-minute walk distance was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： comprehensive nursing for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure has a significant effect, which can effectively improve their clinical efficacy, satisfaction rate of nursing, and exercise endurance.
