摘　　要：目的探讨不同冲洗液应用于消毒后使用前内镜冲洗的效果。方法随机抽取内镜室使用前的内镜,在内镜消毒后冲洗环节使用三种冲洗液(灭菌水冲洗和过滤水冲洗、饮用水冲洗),冲洗程序后采样,观察其消毒后不同冲洗液效果是否符合消毒卫生标准(规范消毒后细菌菌落总数应≤20cfu/cm^2)。监测结果按照冲洗环节所用冲洗液进行分组比较,使用统计学软件SPSS11.0进行数据分析,评价不同冲洗液应用于内镜消毒后冲洗过程的效果。结果三种冲洗液冲洗后效果对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论基层医疗机构可以根据自身医院的实际情况,在使用需要消毒的内镜时,严格遵守操作规程,可以选择三种冲洗液中的饮用水冲洗,既有效保证了内镜的清洗消毒质量,又降低医疗机构的消毒清洗成本,在内镜检查方面只需达到消毒层面的成本运营,既切合实际又利于执行。Objective To discuss the effect of different flushing fluid applied to endoscopic rinsing after disinfection and before use. Methods Random extracted the endoscope before use of endoscopy room, three kinds of flushing fluids are used in the rinse link after endoscopic disinfection（sterilization water rinsing and filtered water rinsing and drinking water rinsing）, after the flushing procedure, sampling was made, whether the effect of different washing liquid after disinfection is in conformity with the hygienic standard of disinfection（the total number of bacterial colonies after standard disinfection ≤20 cfu/cm^2） were observed. The monitoring results were compared in groups according to the rinse fluid used in the rinse link, using statistical software SPSS11.0 for data analysis, to evaluate the effect of different flushing fluids in the flushing process of endoscopy after disinfection. Results There was no significant difference in the effect of the three kinds of flushing fluid after washing（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Grass-roots medical institutions can be based on the actual conditions of their own hospitals, strict compliance with the operating procedures in the use of an endoscopy that needs to be sterilized, can choose drinking water in three kinds of flushing fluids for rinsing, it not only effectively guarantees the quality of cleaning and disinfection of the endoscopy, but also reduces the cost of cleaning of medical institutions, in endoscopy, it is only necessary to achieve the cost operation of the disinfection level, which is both practical and effective.
