输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道狭窄临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析尿道狭窄患者应用输尿管镜下钬激光术的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月接诊的21例尿道狭窄男性患者作为研究对象,给予全部患者输尿管镜下钬激光术进行治疗,分析其临床疗效。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间为30-90min,平均为40min,术后住院时间为5-11d,平均为6.5d,术后尿管置留时间为2-4周,扩张尿道治疗1-3个月后,部分患者尿流率超过15mL/s;术后均无明显不良反应,且患者主诉排尿畅通,尿线较粗。结论输尿管镜下钬激光术具有安全性高、创伤小的优势,可明显改善尿道狭窄患者的病症,降低不良反应发生率,其临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ureteroscopy with holmium laser for urethral stricture. Methods 21 male patients with urethral stricture from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated by holmium laser under ureteroscope, and their clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results All patients were successfully operated, the operation time was 30-90 min, average 40 min, postoperative hospitalization time was 5-11 d, average 6.5 d, postoperative urinary retention time was 2-4 weeks, urethral dilatation after 1-3 months of treatment, patients with urinary flow rate more than 15 ml/s; there were no obvious adverse reactions, and the patient complained of micturition, urine line thick. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser has the advantages of high safety and small trauma, which can significantly improve the symptoms of urethral strictures and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and its clinical effect is notable.
