摘　　要：如何运用和组织公共档案馆馆藏资源以发挥档案"记忆属性",成为近年来档案界关注的重点。论文从社会记忆理论这一社会学概念着手,结合天津市档案馆工作实践,指出凝结社会记忆的关键在于重视"完整地把现在保存为过去"和"从档案中认识完整的过去",从而多渠道补充馆藏;关注地区特色,形成特色馆藏;以编研成品体现馆藏成果。The way of how to full use and organize public archives’ resource in order to act its memory attribute has been discussing highly by archival researchers in recent years. According to the theory of Social Memory which belongs to the scope of sociology and the practice of Tianjin Archive, this paper points out that the key to social memory contribution is to add up archive resource from multiple channels; to format distinctive characteristic series archives; to use finished products to show the resource developing in order to help public archives design and full use the archives resources to＂preserve the present archives for the future＂and＂through the history archives to know the past ＂.
