摘　　要：论文基于江苏省培训团赴美培训考察的见闻,对中美档案工作作出一定思考,分别就美国在电子文件真实性保障、档案工作源流、文件与档案概念、档案法规遵从及档案工作创新策略五个方面进行具体论述,并结合中国国情,提出了相关的改进建议与观点。Based on the experience of the Jiangsu training mission to the United States, the paper makes a certain reflection on the archival work of the United States and China, and discusses the five aspects of the United States in the authenticity of electronic documents, the source and stream of archives, the concept of documents and archives, the compliance of the archives regulations and the innovation strategies of the archives work, then combining with the national conditions of China,puts some suggestions.
