摘　　要：服务顾问是汽车维修企业的对外窗口,服务顾问的个人形象和业务素质直接影响汽车维修企业的形象和客户满意度。本文主要分析了汽车维修企业服务顾问的工作内容及要求,探讨了服务顾问提高服务质量的方法。Service consultants are the external window of the automobile maintenance company,and the personal image and professional quality of service consultants directly affect the image of the automobile maintenance company and customer satisfaction degree. This article mainly analyzes the content and requirements of the service consultants in automobile maintenance companies and discusses the ways for the service consultants to improve the service quality.
