摘  要:介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司自主开发的催化裂化轻汽油醚化工艺(LNE-2)技术在中国石油天然气股份有限公司云南石化分公司0.5 Mt/a轻汽油醚化装置上的运行情况。数据表明,装置在初期运行100%负荷条件下,反应器入口温度分别是42,54,57℃情况下,C_5与C_6叔碳烯烃的转化率分别为91.23%,53.53%,催化裂化轻汽油烯烃体积分数从47.3%降低到35.0%,醚化汽油产品中总醚化物质量分数为15.26%,可将甲醇转化为高附加值汽油产品。经过半年多的运行,装置运行良好,相比轻汽油,醚化后的汽油烯烃含量减少,密度有所增加,蒸汽压降低,硫含量相对降低,对全厂汽油调合降烯烃和降低硫含量做出贡献,产生了显著的经济效益。The operation of the 500,000 TPY etherification unit of light gasoline in PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Company using the process of LNE-2 ( Light Gasoline Etherification) developed by China Petro- leum Corporation is introduced. The data shows that, under the conditions of 100% operating capacity at the initial operation and the reactor inlet temperatures of 42.2, 54.1, and 56.9 ℃ , the conversion rates of C5 and C6 tertiary olefins are 91.23% and 53.53% respectively. In catalytic light gasoline, the olefins content is reduced from 47.3% to 35%, the total etherate content in the etherified gasoline product is 15.26% , and the methanol is converted into a high-added-value gasoline product. The unit is operating stably foe more than six months of operation. As compared to light gasoline, the olefins content of gasoline after etherifieation is reduced, the density is increased, the vapor pressure drop is lowered, and the sulfur content is relatively reduced. All this contributes to the reduction of olefins and sulfur content in the entire plant gasoline and results in significant economic benefits.
