摘  要:目的:考察加味泽泻贴膏的成型工艺。方法:选取聚丙烯酸钠作为黏合剂,卡波姆作为乳化剂,甘油作为保湿剂,明胶作为赋形剂,并通过正交筛选法优选出最佳辅料配比及载药量。结果:影响因素的主次为聚丙烯酸钠>载药量>明胶>卡波姆、最佳制备工艺为A_2B_2C_2D_2,即确定最佳工艺;按照处方质量组成为:2.5%聚丙烯酸钠∶3%卡波姆∶甘油∶12%明胶∶可溶性淀粉∶载药量=70∶6∶5∶15∶3∶9。结论:按照正交试验法筛选出的最佳工艺路线,进行三批样品试验,试验样品具有很好的一致性,证明该工艺具有很好的重现性,适合工业大生产。Objective: To study the molding process of modified Zexie plaster. Methods: Sodium polyacrylate was used as the adhesive,carbomer as the emulsifier,glycerol as the humectant,and gelatin as the excipient. Orthogonal screening was applied to select the optimum formula and drug loading. Results: The significance order of the influencing factors was sodium polyacrylate 〉 drug loading 〉gelatin 〉carbomer,and the best preparation process was A2B2C2D2,which was determined as 2. 5% sodium polyacrylate ∶3%carbomer: glycerin ∶12% gelatin ∶soluble starch ∶drug loading of 70 ∶6 ∶5 ∶15 ∶3 ∶9( mass ratio). Conclusion: According to the optimum process route selected by orthogonal test,three batches of samples were tested,and the results showed that the process had good reproducibility,which is suitable for the industrial production.
