基于SET和体制理论的健康信息交换使用意愿研究

摘　　要：基于跨组织信息系统研究背景，结合我国医联体信息平台健康信息交换特性，从社会交换和体制理论视角出发，构建一个跨组织健康信息交换使用意愿影响因素研究模型。选取云南省昆明市和丽江市两个地区参与医联体的医疗组织为研究对象，通过问卷调查方法搜集135份样本数据，采用偏最小二乘（PLS）结构方程模型进行实证研究。数据分析结果表明：权力和互惠对信任有积极的显著性影响：互惠、信任、模仿性压力、强制性压力对健康信息交换使用意愿都有正向的显著性影响；权力、规范性压力对健康信息交换使用意愿的影响不显著。Based on the research background of inter-organizational information system, and combined with the characteristics of health information exchange （HIE） in our country＇s medical alliance information platform, the model of factors on inter-organizational HIE use intention is established based on social exchange theory and institutional theory. The medical organizations involved in Medical Association in Kunming and Lijiang of Yunnan Province are selected as the research object. The 135 valid samples are obtained by questionnaire, and the partial least squares （PLS） structural equation model is used to conduct an empirical research. The results of data analysis show that power and reciprocity have significantly positive impact on trust; variables including reciprocity, trust, mimetic pressure and coercive pressure have significantly positive impact on medical organization＇s intention to use HIE; power and normative pressure have no significant impact on medical organization＇s intention to use HIE.
