摘　　要：构建大学新生成长愿景系统,对于满足大学生成长发展需求、促进大学生成长成才具有重要的现实意义。大学新生成长愿景系统是由大学新生主体本身以及所处的成长支持要素所构成的有机整体,基于学生发展理论建构其核心要素、结构要素和生成机制,并从系统模型要素选择、构建原则、构建方法阐释系统模型构建过程。对于大学新生而言,其成长愿景实现受高校、家庭、用人单位等结构要素和个体本身核心要素及其相互作用的影响,需要通过学生投入、学生发展核心素养提升、愿景实现这一路径来实现。It is of great realistic significance to construct a system for the growth of college freshmen＇s visionin order to meet and promote the needs of the growth and development of college students. The vision system of freshmen＇s growth is an organic whole composed of the university freshman body itself and its growth support elements, which is based on the student development theory to construct its core elements, structural elements and generative mechanisms, and from the elements of system model selection, construction principles, and construction methods to explain the process of system model construction. For freshmen, growth vision is affected by the structural elements of universities, families, employers and the core elements of individuals and their interactions. It needs to be achieved through student input, the development of students＇ core qualities and the realization of the vision.
