摘 要:为改善砂浆的性能,采用叔碳酸乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物DP910、超轻陶粒及明矾石粉对砂浆进行改性,研究了各组分对干粉砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:在干粉砂浆中掺加一定量的超轻陶粒,不仅可节约砂浆的制备成本,而且可有效改善砂浆的保水性能和力学性能,超轻陶粒粒径越小,砂浆的抗折、抗压强度越高;在砂浆中加入一定量的明矾石粉,可以提高砂浆的抗压强度;在砂浆中加入叔碳酸乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物DP910,可以改善砂浆的稠度和抗压强度,但会降低砂浆的抗折强度,因此,要合理控制叔碳酸乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物DP910的用量。In order to improve the performance of mortar,just add the right amount of tertiary carbonate/vinyl acetate copolymet, lightweight ceramsite and alum stone powder into the cement mortar to modified it. The influence of components on performance of dry-mixed mortars was studied. The results show that a certain amount of lightweight ceramsite in the dry mortar, not only save the preparation cost,but also can effectively improve the water retention performance and mechanical performance of mortar, and the smaller the super light ceramsite grain size is,the greater the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar. Adding a certain amount of alum stone powder to mortar can improve the compressive strength of mortar. Adding mortar tertiary carbonate DP910 ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer can improve the consistency and the compressive strength of mortar,but will reduce the flexural strength of mortar, therefore,the dosage of tertiary carbonate ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer DP910 amount shall be reasonably controlled.
