摘　　要：通过对乳液、防锈颜料等原材料的考察、试验、比较,最终使用由磷酸酯乳化剂、反应型乳化剂和磷酸酯特种功能单体聚合而成的防锈乳液与丙烯酸乳液复配,添加改性三聚磷酸铝和磷酸锌为防锈颜料,研制了一种防锈性能良好的金属屋面丙烯酸高弹防水涂料专用防锈底漆。Through investigation,testing and comparison of raw materials such as emulsions and anti-rust pigments,a special anti-rust primer for metal roofing acrylic high-elasticity waterproof coating with good rust prevention performance was developed by using the anti-rust emulsion and acrylic emulsion compound formed by the polymerization of special functional monomers such as phosphate ester emulsifier,reactive emulsifier and phosphate ester, adding modified aluminum tripolyphosphate and zinc phosphate as rust-proof pigments.
