摘  要:内置百叶中空玻璃是一种兼顾保温和隔热性能的新型节能玻璃,采用热工模拟软件研究内置百叶双玻、三玻Low-E中空玻璃和内置百叶Low-E真空中空玻璃的热工性能及各层表面温度。结果表明,产品的遮阳系数和太阳得热系数与百叶两侧玻璃的热工性能密切相关,当百叶室内侧玻璃热阻较大时其隔热效果最好。研究对于内置百叶中空玻璃产品的设计、生产及使用具有一定指导意义。Insulating glass with inside blinds is a new type of energy-saving and solar shading glass products. The thermal performance and the surface temperature of each layer for double-glass Low-E insulating glass with inside blinds,three-glass Low- E insulating glass with inside blinds, vacuum-glass Low-E insulating glass with inside blinds are studied by thermal simulation software,and the results show that the shading coefficient and solar heat gain coefficient of insulating glass with inside blinds is closely related to the thermal performance of glass on both sides of the blinds, and the insulation effect is the best when indoor side glass thermal resistance is larger. The research has a certain guiding significance for the design,manufacture and use of the insulating glass products with inside blinds.
