摘 要:将EPS板与玄武岩纤维中空织物粘结,制备一种新型EPS-玄武岩纤维中空织物保温板,并测试其导热系数。结果表明,新型保温板具有良好的保温隔热效果;9层以上的建筑和体形系数不大于0.3时且用于外墙围护结构中,新型保温板中EPS板厚度为30 mm时,保温板的传热系数可以满足寒冷地区围护结构保温隔热的限值要求,当EPS板的厚度分别为10、20、30 mm时,新型保温板的传热系数均小于1.0 W/(m^2·K),满足建筑节能65%的指标要求。Designing a new type of EPS-basalt fiber hollow fabric insulation board, and test the thermal conductivity. Test results show that the new EPS-basalt fiber hollow fabric insulation board has good thermal insulation effect,for building above 9 floors and shape coefficient not greater than 0.3 and for external envelope structure,when the thickness of EPS board in EPSbasalt fiber hollow fabric insulation board is 30mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the heat preservation board can meet the thermal insulation structure limits of cold regions,when the thickness of the EPS board are respectively 10 mm,20 ram,30 mm,heat transfer coefficient model of insulation board for the three types of this design were less than 1.0 W/(m2·K),in accordance with the relevant norms. It is designed to meet the requirements of 65% for building energy efficiency.
